Even though I’m doing jack during the summer, I still get super excited for weekends. Jesse and Ben are (jokes, he’s still in Nashville. sad face.) is in town! Gonna see Fountains of Wayne with them tonight at MOBfest. FoW is more than just “Stacy’s Mom,” you guys. Seriously. Give their other stuff a listen.

I can’t believe it starts next week. This time last year (and the previous years), I had my band list/schedule all ready to go. This year, I don’t even remember who was announced. I’m at work now, and since Last.fm doesn’t do free radio streaming anymore (the other lady used up all the free Pandora hours), I decided to listen to Idobi Radio on iTunes. I owe a lot to this station. I started listening to it in 2002. It’s the reason I found out about Lucky Boys Confusion, Allister, The Dog & Everything…the locals that got me started.
